  • What locations are available for the picnic?
    We can set up at a wide range of indoor and outdoor locations, including beaches, parks, backyards, private homes, boats, and hotel rooms. If you have a specific location in mind, please contact us to discuss availability and any additional travel fees that may apply.
  • Are food and drinks included ?
    We offer a charcuterie board with our different packages as well as complimentary sparkling water. In addition, we recommend that you bring your own food and drink to enjoy at your picnic. Picnic style food recommendation include sushi, pizza, pasta, and finger foods. Special catering requests or food add-on are avaible per discussion.
  • What is the deposit policy?
    A 30% non-refundable but transferable deposit is required to secure your picnic date. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your picnic.
  • What occasions call for a luxury picnic?
    A luxury picnic is perfect for any occasion wheather big or small. Anything from birthdays, to anniversaries, proposals, date nights , baby shower, gender reveals, girls night brunch, kid's parties, slumber parties, Bachelrette parties, or "just because" are some excellent occasions.
  • Can i add an extra guest to any of the packages ?
    Yes you may! Each additional guest is $35 or negotiable depending on which package and add-ons you are booking.
  • When should I book my experience?
    We recommend reserving as soon as possible if you have a specific date and location in mind. Bookings can fill up quickly, so it’s important to check availability with us. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before your desired picnic date.
  • How many people can the Picnic accommodate?
    Our Picnics are designed to accommodate groups of various sizes. Let us know your expected number of guests, and we'll tailor the setup to your needs.
  • What if i want a longer picnic ?
    If the time allows in the booking schedule, and not overlapping with another event or location, we are more than happy to accommodate you! an additional hour is $50.00
  • What is included in the Picnic package?
    Our Picnic package includes an elegant antique white canvas tent, plush cushions, cozy blankets, a low picnic table, beautiful table decor, goblets, tableware, flatware, and a Bluetooth speaker. We also provide a charcuterie board and complimentary bottle of champagne or wine, juice and water. Additionally, we handle all packing and cleaning.
  • Can I customize the picnic setup?
    Yes, we offer customization options. You can choose from various add-ons, such as a "Marry Me" sign, private chef, fire dancer, hula dancer, or musicians. Contact us for details and pricing.
  • What happens if it rains
    If there is unforeseen bad weather, we are happy to reschedule you for another day or offer an indoor picnic if available.
